From the inception of her career, Chantalle practiced law with a view to resolving claims. Early on, it became apparent to her that mediation and early discussion of issues significantly reduced the cost and emotional toll of litigation.

Chantalle has practiced law in a number of areas, including but not limited to medical malpractice, medical negligence, regulatory defence, insurance defence, personal injury, occupiers’ liability, property, subrogation, product liability, general insurance, and health law, within the litigation sphere.

Chantalle has represented insurers, regulators, professionals, professional associations, businesses, and individuals across a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters. She has appeared before various levels of court and tribunals, as well as professional colleges, including the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB).

Chantalle was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. She brings a diverse educational background, with expertise spanning law, health care, dispute resolution, and psychology.
